Return Policy

We offer a Three-Day (03 Days) Return Policy. If you wish to return a product, initiate the return within three days from receiving it. Returns are accepted only if the product has one of the following issues:

  • Wrong Product: Incorrect size, color, or item sent.
  • Defective: Quality or manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged: Product received in a damaged condition.

Important Note:

*Unpacking Video should be submitted to initiate the return, Video should be continuously recorded without any pause.

(If Unboxing Video Was Not submitted Then we cannot Initiate The return for you)

*Personalized items (with names, pictures, or any modifications) are NOT eligible for return.

The returned product must be in its original packaging (including bills, covers, cushions, and boxes) and unused.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Share the purchase bill received via email.
  2. And Also Share the Unboxing Video, taken by you to the WhatsApp Number +91 9444579756
  3. Then Send the bill copy and a picture of the received product via WhatsApp at +91 9444579756.
  4. Our team will review your request, and if eligible, we will initiate the return within three days.
  5. A pick-up will be arranged. Ensure the product is packed with the original box, invoice, and packaging materials.
  6. Failure to provide the original invoice or packaging may result in rejection of the return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours, as they are processed quickly.
